Objectives:

By attending this educational event, participants will be able to:

  1. Assess your mindset for building and running a private practice.
  2. Understand the five ways to market and build a private practice.
  3. Understand how to increase practice revenue significantly

Course Overview:

This course is designed for both early career therapist practitioners as well as established therapists.  The course will provide a story of one psychologist’s private practice “journey” (Steven) and the lessons learned along the way. 

It will also discuss how to increase your practice revenue.

Presenter Biography:

Dr. Steven J. Chen is a psychologist in private practice in Utah. He has developed and maintained a successful private psychology practice as well as an organizational consulting practice for many years. He has worked with several thousand private clients and over 100 organizations during the past 30 years. He has grown each segment of his practice, both the private client practice and the organizational consulting practice to over six figures per year. He has a wife and business partner, Janet who is an LCSW and an adult daughter, Christen Cooper who is a musician, song-writer and performer.
