Abuse and Exploitation of Seniors

In conjunction with Helpwithmyparents.org, the Utah Department of Commerce and Universal Advertising Solutions, UPA is pleased to be able to offer to its members six free one hour presentations on the abuse and exploitation of seniors.  The videos in this series were recorded during a conference that took place on May 11, 2010 at the Miller Campus of Salt Lake Community College.  The original event was attended by over 125 health care professionals and was endorsed for continuing education credit by UPA, NASW, Utah Chapter and The Utah Healthcare Association. 

In order to take advantage of the opportunity to receive free continuing education credit you will need to watch the video (you may also download the accompanying PDF when available) and then take a post-test.  If you pass the post-test you will be able to print a certificate for your files.  Psychologists can earn one hour of continuing education (CEU) for each of the six parts of the workshop.
